3.Temper the Eggs: Gradually add some of the hot milk to the beaten eggs while whisking continuously to temper them without cooking.
4.Combine and Cook: Pour the tempered egg mixture back into the pot with the remaining milk. Reduce heat to low and stir constantly until the mixture thickens (about a few minutes).
